HOW IT WORKS-
Summit Assault! Is a Gnarly Trail Running Race where Runners race from the base of the mountain to the summit! With 6 miles and 2500' of elevation gain, there will be no shortage of switchbacks, natural obstacles, and the occasional scramble on your way to the summit! Summit Photo is worth it!
ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME! Here at Summit Assault we believe doing the hardest thing possible, at your pace. Run, Jog, Hike (or any combination of) your way from the base of the mountain to summit! Soak in the killer views, have a beer with your fellow mountaineers, then take the relaxing Chairlift back to the base to join your friends and family to enjoy everything the mountain has to offer.

1. Can I get a refund?
We will run rain or shine, we hope you will too! Sorry, no refunds. We will not cancel unless extreme conditions arise where it is unsafe for you to run.
2. Where do I park?
Parking is readily available and free
3. Is there a prize for winning?
The top male and female winners will receive season passes to their respective mountains for the coming season!
4. Do you have a gear drop?
No. Pack for the journey. It will truly be epic! Your car will not be far away if you need something.
5. Are spectators allowed?
Encouraged! 2 Spectators per runner can cheer on their participants at the base and then ride the Gondola to the finish to watch them finish. **Lift Ticket Fees Apply for Spectators**
6. Are there bathrooms on course?
The only bathrooms are at base and the summit. Do your best to plan around Mother Nature.
7. Can I transfer registration?
Yes! We have a transfer fee of $5 on race day and require a copy of the purchaser's photo ID. Please contact us at info@summitassault.com.
8. Are there aid stations?
We will have one aid station about midway through the course with water and snacks. Please consider carrying additional hydration if you desire more.
9. Is there medical support?
We ask all participants to run with their phone, but there will be mountain medics throughout the course in case things get hairy.
10. Is the race timed?
Yes, results will be posted the day after each respective race.
11. Do I have to run?
Run, Power Hike, Skip, or Leapfrog up the mountain. We welcome all skill levels!
